Refund policy

Return / Exchange

Regarding returns and exchanges, we allow 7 days from the date of purchase of a product to declare a non-conformity.

For all measuring equipment, the deadline is March 15 for all purchases purchased before March 1 and 7 days following the date of purchase if the purchase was made after March 15,

All product returns and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. To return a product, you must either return it by hand or send it by mail with proof of purchase to 4 rue des Pêcheurs, Pont Rouge, Qc, G3H 2N3, with the original invoice.Please contact us first for our approval.Shipping costs will be covered for the products so we will confirm their discrepancies or non-conformities.

Refunds
If the product is returned by mail we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. Once we have received and inspected the returned item we will notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
