Shipping policy
The processing time for orders (i.e. the time BEFORE the order leaves our premises) is 2-4 working days.
We offer a pick-your-own service at our premises.We will call you when your order is readyand a pick-up time and date will be agreed with you. You must come with your invoice and proof of identity. If the pickup will not be done by you in person, please let us know before your commissioner shows up.
Regarding delivery by expedited transport services (Canada Post and Purolator), in times of high traffic and also following the complications generated by the current pandemic, your order could take several days before reaching its destination and deadlines, apart from of our control can be observed.
If the delivery address that appears on your purchase invoice is incorrect or incomplete and the package comes back to us, we will send you an invoice by email payable by credit card for the amount of delivery. As soon as this last payment is received, we will return the order to the correct address.
