Grateful to be one of the great-grandsons of Mr. Hildevert Eudore Cantin, I was born into a long line of maple syrup entrepreneurs. Today, through my own company, I want to provide the maple syrup industry the knowledge I have acquired over the past 25 years.
I specialize in the expertise of installing, conditioning and enlarging small sugar bushes of up to 15,000 taps.

I discovered the world of sugar bushes, seven years ago, through my passion of Permaculture. Maple syrup farming has added a new string to my bow of self-sufficiency. What great pleasure !
My previous professional experiences allow me to naturally apply my technical skills and to master the theory behind the science behind making maple syrup. I love to learn and continually seek to educate myself more on the subjects that fascinate me.
