HYDROMETER - DENSIMETER

Made of thick, high-quality glass and non-toxic metals, these hydrometers are calibrated to let you pour your syrup with confidence.

Each unit has a serial number to maintain increased traceability of the batches produced. Made in the USA by Brady Instruments.

CUT:

0-12 Brix: 7 inches

0-30 Brix: 10 inches

45-75 Brix: 9.5 inches

50-71 Brix: 12 inches

*** We recommend a cup with a minimum depth of 10".

 USE:

- Always store upright.

- Take great care to keep the units clean when taking a measurement. A residue of syrup will add weight to the hydrometer and falsify the reading.

- If in doubt, you can use the CALIBRATION FLUID. The latter is calibrated at 66 HOT BRIX.
